How much notice for
cancellation do you need?
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or
standard fees will be charged. You must confirm by phone or email.
Do I have to sign a
contract?
Yes, we need a signed statement that you agree to
let us into your home to care for it, as well as that you are aware of
and agree to our policies and terms.
What inspection services
are included in a house-check?
Refer to Rates
& Packages. This list will be customized when we meet
about your requirements. It is suggested to check with your insurance
provider about their requirements.
How am I billed and when is
it due?
Payment is due in advance of services being
provided, in the form of monthly post-dated cheques.
Are there any extra costs
on holidays?
Yes. $20.00 extra per visit on New Year's Day,
Christmas, Easter, Canada Day, Labour Day and Thanksgiving.
How do I drop off my house
keys?
You can make a copy and give us the extra set
which will be kept in a secure place. Please test all keys. Keys will
be returned upon your request. Clients must drop off keys four days
prior to date of service.
