Home Check Package

Packages start at $140/Month
On an as-needed basis, no specified term - $35 per visit

• Check of interior and exterior of your home.
• Monthly Reports via e-mail or fax. A log is kept with a checklist indicating what was checked, when it was checked, and if any repairs were required in your absence.
• On Call 24/7.
• 24 hour Emergency Responder for Fire or Police if requested to your Home.
• Storm Check - within 12 hours after a severe storm.
• Put you in touch with appropriate repair service and oversee necessary repairs.
• Resetting electric appliances/breakers from power outage/surges.
• Items such as pilot lights on furnaces and hot water heaters, windows and doors checked for any sign of forced entry, toilets flushed and taps run to avoid calcium build-up and hard water staining on porcelain sinks and bowls.
• Watering of indoor and outdoor plants.
• Clearing out unwanted flyers and newspapers from yard or mailbox.
• Property maintenance services if required.
